The top 100 (top 50 each from Level 1 and Level 2) based on an average from the two preliminary rounds will be invited to write the WMO National Canadian Finals in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto and Ottawa on June 1, 2018.

After the competition, the top 6 students for Level 1 and Level 2 will form Team Canada 2018 and represent Canada at the 2018 WMO Global Finals in Stanford University, California, USA
